Ordering
The Basics
To make a purchase, there are 2 steps required.
Firstly, you must be a registered member of Gladysf.Com. To register, click on the Register button on the homepage. Fill out the form and click the Send Registration button. Activate your account by clicking on the link in the email we send to the email address you registered with. Then log in on the website.
Secondly, go to our Product Shop and add your item(s) to the basket and follow the checkout process. This will them prompt you for your billing details (billing address, shipping address, etc). This information will then be stored on your account and will be used when making all purchases.
IMPORTANT: You cannot create (or modify) your billing address prior to making your first purchase!
How do I update my billing details (name, address, etc)?
To change your billing details including the billing name, address, etc, log in and change the relevant information in My Billing Address area. You can also use this area to change your username for your account (Under My Accounts - left hand side of the page).
How do I add/change/remove my shipping address?
To add a shipping address, modify or remove a shipping address, log in and change the relevant information in Shipping Information in the My Orders area. You can also use this area to change your username for your account (Under My Accounts - left hand side of the page).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards as well as personal/business cheques in pound sterling only (GBP £). All card payments are processed using PayPal secure online card processing facilities.
Do I need to have a PayPal account?
No. You can pay by simply filling in your billing details. However, paying with your PayPal account makes your purchase easier and quicker.
I am based outside the UK. Can I order from your shop?
We deliver our products worldwide and we charge the shipping fee accordingly. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the delivery times using the post as postal services vary from country to country.
How will my product be delivered?
If it is a downloadable product, it is immediate once your order has been processed. If it is a physical item, we use either post or courier – whichever is most economical for the quantity you are ordering. These will be delivered as follows:
· Post: Normal postage hours
· Courier: Mon – Fri 8.30-17.30pm
Can I track my order?
Yes, use the link in the email automatically generated when you place an order. Please note this email is sent to the email address you used when you registered with us. Alternatively, you can log on to the website an check your orders in Order Information in the My Orders area (Under My Accounts - left hand side of the page).
I have placed an ordered but not received the items. Where is my order?
When you place an order, you should receive a confirmation via email stating the status of your order (e.g. pending, confirmed, shipped, cancelled or refunded). Please check your registered email address. There may be several reasons for you not receiving your order:
- Incorrect/Incomplete Address. To update, please log into our website and click on the My Billing Address link to update your details.
- Failed Delivery Attempts. You should receive a card from Royal Mail or the courier company.
- Awaiting Payment. If you were paying by cheque, immediately after your order are instructions on how to pay us. Please follow these instructions as we will not dispatch your order till your funds clear. Hence, your delayed order may be due to us awaiting your cheque or your cheque has gone astray. If you have not received an email confirming this from us, it means that we did not receive your order. If you paid by card, please check to see if the amount has been deducted. If your card was declined, you would have received an email from us.
Please refer all matters to us by emailing us using our contacts form stating your full contact details along with your order details such as the item ordered, the date and mode of payment.
I paid by cheque. Why did my order take longer?
Paying by cheque slows down your order as we only send out your order when your funds clear. It is much quicker to pay using a card.
I just want to place an order. Do I still need to register?
Yes and the site will prompt you to register or log in. Follow our registration process.
Can I amend/cancel my order?
You can amend or cancel any order placed that has not entered the dispatch process yet i.e. have not been confirmed or shipped. If your order has been confirmed or shipped, you will have to wait till you receive the order and follow our returns policy.
To amend or cancel an order that has not been confirmed or shipped, please send an email using our Contact form stating your full contact details, the order number and the order date. Please specify clearly whether you want to cancel the order or make an amendment.
In the case of amending your order, please provide us with your clear instructions. We will then contact you by email acknowledging your requests and notifying of any additional charges, where applicable.
In the case of cancelling your order, please specify the reason of your cancellation
How much does it cost me to ship items?
Our shipping fees depend on the product ordered, the quantity and delivery address. We use postal services or couriers. depending on the order.
I am not happy with my product, how do I get a refund?

I would like my order sent to a different shipping address. How do I do this?
During the order process, you can select your default address, a pre-existing shipping address or create a new one. Simply follow the prompts.
Registrations
The Basics
To access the full Gladysf.Com site, you must be a registered member of Gladysf.Com and log in. Create an account by clicking on the Register button. You will receive an email asking you to complete the registration process by activating your account. Once your registration has been completed, you can access the full site and make purchases.
I have lost my password, what can I do?
Click on the lost password button (beneath the log in button) and it will be sent to your registered email address. Log in using your new password and change your password in Edit Profile in the My Profile area (Under My Accounts - left hand side of the page).
Where can I change my username?
We suggest you keep the same username. However, to change this, you need to log in. You then have two options. You can either click on the My Billing Address and change your username there. Or you can click on My Orders and then My Account Information.
IMPORTANT: Please note to change this, you will need to have made your first purchase!
How much is registration?
At present, it is absolutely FREE!
Can I share my registration with anyone else?
No! Your registration is for you and you alone as this may bring about other issues such as security, privacy, etc. If you feel someone knows your log in details, we suggest you click on the lost password button (beneath the login fields). Doing this will generate a new password which would be sent out to your registered email address. Your old password will become defunct.
When I register, does everyone see my personal details?
No, they only see your profile name i.e. your username.
My personal details have changed. Where do I update this?
To change your personal details including your email address, address, change your password, etc, log in and change the relevant information in Edit Profile in the My Profile area (Under My Accounts - left hand side of the page).
