PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“CONDITIONS”) RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE CAREFULLY.

By using this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions of use. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. You should check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. By using this site after we post a revised version of these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this site.

Scope of Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions apply to your use (“you” or “user”) of all of the sites, services and products (“services”, “products” or “events”) owned or operated by our companies including (but not limited to) Success Partners LIMITED, Gladys Famoriyo, Gladys Famoriyo Ministries, Gladys Famoriyo Books LTD and all our associated organisations, including companies controlled by Gladys Famoriyo (“Gladys Famoriyo Organisations”, "we," "us," or "our"), including Gladysf.com, and any other site that we have owned or operated, do own and operate or may own or operate in the future ("sites"). Unless we say otherwise, all references to the Sites in these terms and conditions include all such sites. These terms and conditions do not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which any of the Sites only links.


Membership Registration, Password And Security
To gain access to certain services and products on our sites requires you to become a registered member. To do this, you will need to complete the registration process by creating a members profile account. You would be asked to provide a username and password.

Each member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password they create as well as all activities which take place under their account. By becoming a member, you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security. In no event will Success Partners LTD / Gladys Famoriyo / Gladys Famoriyo Ministries / Gladys Famoriyo Books LTD / Gladysf.Com and all our associated organisations, including companies controlled by Gladys Famoriyo be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever resulting from members disclosure of their username and/or password. Under no circumstances are members allowed to use another member’s account at any time.

Gladys Famoriyo organisations may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any member who violates any of these terms and conditions of use, any of member guidelines or behaves in a way, that we in our discretion, deem to be inappropriate.

Please note that registration on any of our websites grants us permission to add your information to our main database. All registered members will receive our monthly bulletins and/or eZines and information from time to time by email, telephone, or mail about relevant news, information, promotions, services and products offered by any of them which they believe may be of interest to you. Unless otherwise mentioned at the time of registration, this is a free service we provide for our members.

Managing Your Registration Membership
All registered members are responsible for managing their members account information. Once logged in, all members can update their membership details including their member’s profile, account information, billing address (i.e. your registered address), and add/maintain their shipping addresses. Registered members can also view their orders.

Restrictions On Use Of Materials
The entire contents of our Sites are protected by copyright laws, and are the property of their owners. Unless we say otherwise, you may access the materials located within the Sites only for your personal use. This means you may download one copy of posted materials on a single computer for personal, non-commercial home use only, so long as you neither change nor delete any author attribution, trademark, legend or copyright notice. When you download copyrighted material you do not obtain any ownership rights in that material. You may not modify, share, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt, re-use or in any way exploit the content of the Sites without the express written permission of this site, which reserves all rights.

Purchasing Our Services, Products And Events

Gladys Famoriyo Organisations is the creator and provider of services and products (the “Gladys Famoriyo Organisations services") that permits users to select and purchase Gladys Famoriyo organisations services online. These services may be in the form of downloadable, digital or electronic material (“Gladys Famoriyo organisations Content”), a physical product that requires shipping to a specified address (“Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Products”) or the purchase/registration for a seminar, workshop, training or development programme (“Gladys Famoriyo Organisation Event”) through means including but not limited to our sites.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding purchases made either (but not limited to) online, phone, fax, we do not store our customers credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.


Purchasing Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Content
When you "checkout" or otherwise "purchase" ("Purchase") content from our sites, we grant you the opportunity to download the content to your computer and/or your device(s) solely for your personal non-commercial use. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content in any other manner. You shall not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform the Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Content in any manner and you shall not exploit it commercially. Gladys Famoriyo Organisations still retains all copyright and intellectual property for the Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Content downloaded.

Refunds Of Success Partners LTD Content Purchases
Once Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Content has been downloaded to the users personal computer or device, we regret that refunds will not be granted. Therefore all users must ensure they are satisfied with the service they are about to purchase.


Purchasing Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Products
When you "checkout" or otherwise "purchase" ("Purchase") Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Products from our sites, we will ship the item(s) to you to the specified address you provide us. We will ship using Royal Mail standard post. Normal postage delivery times (5 - 7 working days) and terms apply. We will endeavour to deliver the items as per your shipping instructions though we will not be responsible for situations that are out of our control such as but not limited to postal strikes, acts of God and the like. We are not responsible for replacing, refunding or resending items ordered in error or shipped to incomplete/incorrect addresses owing to the error of the users part.

All Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Products ordered on our sites are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receiving them, in the case whereby payment was by credit/debit card. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email to the email address you registered with stating the status of your order being “pending”. Once payment has been confirmed and/or received (whichever is applicable depending on the method of payment), your order status will be changed to “confirmed” and an email will be sent to you notifying you of this fact. Another email will follow notifying you of the fact that your order has been shipped i.e. “Shipped” status.

Amending or Cancelling Of Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Products
You can amend or cancel any order placed that has not entered the dispatch process yet i.e. have not been confirmed or shipped. If your order has been confirmed or shipped, you will have to wait till you receive the order and follow our returns policy below.

To amend or cancel an order that has not been confirmed or shipped, please send an email using our Contact form stating your full contact details, the order number and the order date. Please specify clearly whether you want to cancel the order or make an amendment. In the case of amending your order, please provide us with your clear instructions. We will then contact you by email acknowledging your requests and notifying of any additional charges, where applicable. In the case of cancelling your order, please specify the reason of your cancellation.

Paying For Your Order

Card Payments
We accept all major credit, debit and charge cards such as Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, and Solo.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding purchases made either (but not limited to) online, phone, fax, we do not store our customers credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Non-Card Payments
We accept cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) and drawn from a UK bank. We do not accept Eurocheques or foreign cheques. Please send us a personal/business cheque or postal order in pounds sterling for the total amount of your order (including shipping/delivery charge), following instructions as detailed when ordered.

Please note that paying by cheque slows down your order as we only send out your order when your funds clear. Please remember to write your full name (your registered member name) and email address (your registered email address) at the back of your cheque to help us to process your order more efficiently. Also, please ensure all correspondences have your order number as well as your full contact details including your phone number. Your order will remain open for a period of 30 days. If we do not receive a payment within this period, your order will be cancelled and you will receive an email confirmation of this.

Shipping/Delivery
Your order is shipped when your payment has been processed and/or received. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address you provided, using Royal Mail standard post. Normal postage delivery times (10 - 15 working days) and terms apply. If a parcel can't be delivered (e.g. parcel too large for your letter box), Royal Mail will leave a note for you with instructions to getting your parcel which may include (but is not limited to collecting your order from your local sorting office or arranging another delivery time).

In the event where your parcel is sent to your local sorting office and it is not collected within their specified time frame and it is returned to us, you will incur an additional charge to re-ship the order. You will be notified of what this charge is before we re-ship your order to you.

If you request a refund, our normal refund policy applies. In addition to this, any additional charges will be deducted from the payment you made to us at the time of order. If the additional charge exceeds the total original order, no refund will be deemed payable and we will contact you informing you of this fact.
 
Returns Policy – 14-Day Return Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order, unopened (i.e. the package remaining intact as when shipped). Please return using Royal Mail standard post. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 30 GBP. In all cases, we recommend you get proof of postage. Once received, we will inspect the returned item(s). Once we are satisfied that they meet our specific conditions, we will issue a refund within 7- 10 working days and notify you by email. Please read our Refund Policy (below). Items that are opened will only be refunded if faulty, damaged or sent by error on our part.

Please note that we are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. In the case where you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we would replace the item free of charge. Please return the item within 14 days of receipt. Return using Royal Mail standard post and we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 30 GBP. In all cases, we suggest you get proof of postage. Once received, we will inspect the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s). Once we are satisfied that they meet our specific conditions, we will send you a replacement within 10 - 15 working days and notify you by email.

Please note that with the exception of faulty, damaged items or items sent by error on our part, we do not refund shipping costs (paid for when placing your order) or your costs in returning the item to us.

Our Refund Policy
In the case where, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order and there has been no error on our part, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order, unopened (i.e. the package remaining intact as when shipped). Once we inspect it and are satisfied they meet our conditions, we will refund the full price of the product minus the associated shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase within 7- 10 working days and notify you by email. Please note that we do not refund any shipping fees or fees incurred in returning the product to our offices.

In the case of items that are faulty, damaged or sent by error on our part, we will provide you with a full refund including shipping costs or send you a replacement within 10 -15 working days and notify you by email.


Purchasing Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Events

When you "checkout" or otherwise "purchase" ("Purchase") Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Events from our sites, you will receive an email confirmation with regards to your booking and/or registration along with further information about the event

Cancellation Policy For Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Events
To cancel your place on our event (whether it be a paid or free event), you are required to notify us in writing by sending an email to email to let us know. We will then write to you, via email, to acknowledge your cancellation. If your booking is for a paid event, we will process this according to our events refund policy (see below).

Please note our office hours are 9-5pm UK time. Emails received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day, which will count as the date of notification. For example, a cancellation/refund request sent by email on a Saturday will be processed on the next working day i.e. Monday unless it is a bank holiday, in which case it will be processed on the earliest/next official working day. Please bear this in mind.

Refunds Policy For Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Events
Please note our refund policy for Gladys Famoriyo Organisations Events:
 
1. Cancellation and refund requests received over 60 days or more before the event will receive full refund.
2. Cancellation and refund requests received between 60 and 30 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation and refund requests received 30 days or less of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

NB: Please note that any associated booking fees will not be refunded.

Site Services And Service Availability

Gladys Famoriyo Organisations reserves the right to amend the nature and extent of the site services available at any time. Our site services, which include but are not limited to, our discussion forums, resource centre, blogs, and eZine (“site services”) that are made available to our registered subscribers (“users”).

Gladys Famoriyo Organisations will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the site services are made available to users at all times. However, our sites are provided on an "as is" basis. Also, our sites may not be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

From time to time we will need to close our sites to carry out upgrades or maintenance. We will try to keep this to a minimum. Subject to the constraints described above, Success Partners LTD will carry out the site services with reasonable care and skill. Apart from this we make no representation or warranty (and exclude all warranties and conditions otherwise implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law).

All site services from our sites are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated. If postage is involved you will incur a charge and delivery will be using the relevant postal service.

We are not responsible for material appearing in any forum or blogs on our sites, except for material signed by one of our identified representatives. We are not responsible for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy, or for any other reason. We retain, however, the right to modify or remove messages or other material that we, in our sole discretion, consider infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, profane, obscene, stale, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or that harass, abuse, or threaten other users in the discussion forums or otherwise. We also reserve the right to edit materials for any other reason. Whether or not we modify or remove such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages or postings.

Force Majeure
Gladys Famoriyo Organisations shall not have any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver the Services to the extent that such delay or failure to deliver arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of Gladys Famoriyo Organisations including, but not limited to, the failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, third party action (including denial of service attack and overuse or misuse of the Services), telephone or other inter connect problems, computer viruses, unauthorised access, theft, operator errors, fire, severe weather conditions, including floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any regulatory, governmental or supranational authority, war, riot, strike, lock-out and industrial disputes.
If this means that you fail to receive a substantial element of the Services of Gladys Famoriyo Organisations will refund such proportion of the sum pre-paid by you in respect of the Services as it decides, acting reasonably and fairly in the circumstances.

Waiver
No waiver by Gladys Famoriyo Organisations shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies, or any subsequent breach of any provision of these Conditions.

Entire Agreement
These Conditions together with the current Services prices and contact details on this website, set out the whole of the agreement between you and Success Partners LTD. This agreement cannot be changed or terminated orally, and no changes or amendments to this agreement shall be binding upon the parties until confirmed in writing by Gladys Famoriyo Organisations.

Governing Law

These Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
